We’ve provided an online version that will send your information directly to our inbox. This can be found under the Wedding Invitation or Process & Pricing tabs on the website.

Some things to remember…Please remember to include the name and product number for the design you have selected (located at the top of the design concept page). You will also need to provide your basic wedding information – names, dates, times, locations, etc. so you’ll want to have those close at hand when completing the form. One last thing…consider the pieces you’d like included in your wedding stationery suite and the quantities you might need. These little details control the entire cost of your project so they become very important in the long run.
Your Invitation Suite Wording…Please remember to email your preferred wedding invitation wording to info@lilywillow.com after you have submitted your order form.
We will confirm your invitation order with you by email within 24 hours. At this time you will also receive a project schedule and invoice. A 50% Design Deposit is required at the beginning of the project and may be completed by cash, by check or by credit card over the phone with a client representative if you prefer.
Your selections and wording will then be applied to the design concept and an Adobe PDF Proof of your invitation design will be sent via email for review/approval within 48 hours. Any edits should be made by email, fax, or post. Please take the time to review your stationery items carefully and note changes and edits clearly. Take a look at our Proofing Checklist under Tips & Terms for a quick outline of things to look for.
If the 1st proof was perfect and an approval signature was returned to Lilywillow, the project is ready to head to press. If you requested edits, you will receive a 2nd pdf proof for an approval signature.
*Please Proofread VERY Carefully! Any additional changes after the 3rd proof will be billed at $25 per draft set and Lilywillow cannot be held responsible for mistakes or errors after the files have been sent to press.
Once we receive written approval your design files will be printed. Printing time (business days) is 10-14 days for digital printing, 14-21 days for offset printing, and up to 30+ days for letterpress printing. RUSH printing may be available, with a rush fee, depending on the time of year.
The Balance of your Order is due when the project is approved to be printed and will not be released to the printer until payment is received & verified.
We ship our stationery via Insured Fedex – 3 Day. Rush shipping (2 Day and Overnight) is available at an additional charge. Your shipping rate will be calculated and included in your final payment total to Lilywillow.
Lilywillow does offer assembly, calligraphy, and postage services and can coordinate these with you upon request.
