Ordering

Wedding Invitation Orders may be placed through the Lilywillow Paper & Press Website 24 hours a day or by phone during our regular business hours.

For Wedding Invitations, you will be asked to complete our Wedding Order Form, and submit this to Lilywillow online, or by email, fax, or post.  After selecting the invitation design, ink colors, fonts, paper & envelopes, printing method, and embellishments you’d like included with your suite and submitting your order form, you will be contacted via phone or email to verify all information and to arrange for the return of a signed Design Contract and required 50% Deposit Payment.

The First 3 Rounds of PDF proofs provided by Lilywillow are included in the cost of your project.  Any additional proofs, edits or changes to your design files AFTER the 3rd Round will be provided with a $25 per proof fee.  Please proof carefully!

With Custom Design Services for Wedding Projects, your order will be placed upon review of your Wedding Vision Survey, completion of the Design Consultation, and the return of a signed Project Estimate, Design Contract, and Deposit Invoice via email, fax, or post.  At this time a 50% Deposit is required for custom design to commence with the order balance falling due when the wedding stationery package goes to the printer.

Credit Card Numbers may be provided by Phone or by Fax (970-454-0564).  We ask that you DO NOT EMAIL credit card numbers as this is generally unsafe.  Please call 970.454.5564 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. MST to speak with a Lilywillow representative.

Sales Tax will be collected for all orders shipping in CO.  The tax will be indicated as a line item on your billing invoice and will be accounted for prior to the collection of payment information.

Payment in full is required prior to the shipment of your order.  If you paid a deposit at the onset of your project (typically 50% of the estimated proejct cost prior to additions or project modifications) your balance total will be provided to you via a Balance Invoice.  This total must be paid prior to release of the project.

Printing Methods

Lilywillow printing options include Digital Printing, Offset Lithography (flat), and Letterpress Printing for wedding invitation suites and custom design projects

Shipping

We ship our orders via Insured USPS Priority Mail (2 Days to Most Locations).  We are able to ship using expedited services such as overnight or 2 day air or for Saturday delivery with additional charges.  The following conditions do apply to all orders shipped by Lilywillow Paper & Press:

  • We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii with a flat additional surcharge of $10 through USPS Priority Mail.
  • International orders must be placed over the phone with a Lilywillow Representative and typically require an additional 5-10 days for delivery.

Special Options

The following special options are available at an additional cost to the client:

Rush Services – Lilywillow Paper & Press is able to provide Rush Services in certain situations.  This service is limited to the digital and offset printing methods, as well as limited papers and envelopes, and an additional 25% of your total print order will be included with your final bill.  A project coordinator will work with you to accelerate your design process and typically within 5 to 10 days your stationery may be designed, printed and shipped to you.  The additional 25% rush charge included in your initial invoice does not include rush shipping charges.

General Cancellation Policy – If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.  If your order has moved to the printing or shipping phase, we generally cannot accommodate modifications or order cancellation.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Project Cancellation or Postponement: Weddings – If the need arises for cancellation or postponement before your wedding stationery suite begins print production, Lilywillow Paper & Press retains the initial deposit.  If cancellation or postponement occurs after the stationery suite has been approved, Lilywillow retains the full contract amount.  We are unable to cancel an order once it has gone to press, therefore the remaining balance must be paid in full.

Returns or Refunds

Lilywillow Paper & Press is committed to providing the highest quality wedding invitations, everyday cards, stationery and gifts and we stand by the quality of our product.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 20 Days to initiate a review towards a return, exchange or refund.

Please note all Retail Product Returns (cards, stationery, gifts) are subject to a $15 cancellation fee, and that we cannot refund shipping, customization and rush fees if they apply.  All opened or used items may not be returned.

Due to the personalized nature of our wedding products and because each piece is custom printed, we cannot accept returns on any custom design following your approval through the online proofing process or via email or fax. Lilywillow is not responsible for mistakes once the proof has been approved including: spelling, layout, color, or incorrect information. In these instances, we are required to charge for a reprint.

In the event of a Lilywillow Error, we will do everything possible to remedy, up to and including reprinting as quickly as possible. We ask that you please return the project for visual review of the concern or error before a refund, credit or exchange/reprint may be issued. Please note that refunds are not available on design services and custom-ordered materials (papers, embellishments, etc.).

If your project has been mailed or posted and/or the 20 day review window has passed, Lilywillow will assume the project has been approved.

As a reminder, printing is an art form and slight variations and minor irregularities from piece to piece are to be expected.

We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or request for exchange that does not meet these conditions.  For details please see our Terms of Service.

Personal Information – Lilywillow Paper & Press is committed to the security of your personal information and this is why we only collect information from our clients voluntarily.  We use the information you provide to process and complete your order, for order confirmation and tracking or to inform you of our new products, services and offers, like in the case of a special holiday promotion email.  We respect and appreciate your right to privacy and we WILL NOT share your information with outside parties to the extent necessary to finalize the order (shipping address).

Occasionally we may send out special offers or promotions to our clients via email.  You can opt to be included or excluded anytime. If you choose not to receive these notifications, we will honor your request.

We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to answer the emails we receive.  Addresses obtained from your correspondence with us are not used for any other purpose and ARE NOT shared with outside parties.

Security – We take your security seriously, and we use security measures to prevent the loss, alteration or abuse of your information once an order has been placed.  Our ordering process asks users for personal information, but we do not take credit card payments through our website or via email.  This information is only provided to Lilywillow by phone or fax, Lilywillow does not store credit card information and your info is sent directly to the financial institutions authorizing the transaction. You will be directed to resubmit credit card information every time you make a purchase with Lilywillow Paper & Press.

  • Lilywillow Paper & Press will not be held responsible for project delays, setbacks, or inconveniences if approval to proceed with printing and production is not received from the client in a timely manner.  The client has the sole responsibility to provide written signature approval to - Lilywillow Paper & Press via email, fax, or post.  Furthermore, by using www.lilywillow.com and by placing a personalized or custom design order with us, the client agrees their approval signature delivered via email or fax is sufficient for the preparation, printing and production of their order EXACTLY as it appears on the final proof.
  • Clients understand the colors in the designs posted on www.lilywillow.com and received with pdf design proofs via email will vary from the colors appearing on the finished product due to variations between client computer monitors and printer settings of home and work computers.  All colors are derived from the Pantone system and are available for review if requested prior to order placement.
  • Lilywillow Paper & Press utilizes Insured USPS Priority Mail for shipping services. While we have great respect for this organization and we personally take great care in packaging your order, we do not guarantee products will be delivered on time and/or without damage.
  • Under no circumstances or in no event will Lilywillow Paper & Press, www.lilywillow.com, or any person associated with Lilywillow Paper & Press be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, for consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of www.lilywillow.com’s content or services.
  • Lilywillow Paper & Press is the sole owner of every design and subsequent printed piece produced through the use of this website or through services rendered by our retail partners.  We own and hold the exclusive right to reproduce said design or printed piece photographically, through other digital media, in advertisements, press pieces, and the like.  Permission for 3rd party reproduction must be provided in writing by Lilywillow Paper & Press. 
  • Lilywillow Paper & Press and www.lilywillow.com sell products that may be prepared and produced by 3rd party suppliers. Additionally we partner with retail vendors for the sale of our retail paper goods.  Our web site may contain links to 3rd party suppliers or retail partners own company web sites and we bear no responsibility or transactions performed or content viewed on these other web sites.
  • Lilywillow Paper & Press reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time, at the discretion of Lilywillow Paper & Press and our design team based on existing timelines and project schedules, expectations versus staff availability, production and printing capabilities, continued client delays and difficulties, etc.
  • Returns and refunds are determined on an individual client basis and at the sole discretion of Lilywillow Paper & Press.
